1. This is a resort promotion for sales of vacation ownership and vacation ownership plans.
2. Reservations based on space availability.
3. Not valid if toured a Silver Lake Resort within the last eighteen (18) months.
4. This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of a vacation ownership plan.
5. No Shows- participants of this Promotional Vacation Package with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved arrival date or who fail to reschedule their reservations at least two weeks prior to the arrive date will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package and all monies paid.
6. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk.
7. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
8. Clients in the this Promotional Vacation Package who do not meet the qualifications set forth in qualifications, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit or check card a $300 penalty fee.
9. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis.
10. Cancellation for a full refund will be made within 30 days of the date of purchase, and must be in writing to Promoresorts.com.
11. Guests are responsible for transportation, meals, taxes, gratuities and incidental items.
12. Guests are responsible for hotel taxes, currently 13% (subject to change), which are paid directly to the hotels.
13. Failure to meet requirements at the time of travel, qualifications or failure to attend the required tour and sales presentation will result in a $300.00 penalty charge by Promoresorts.com.
14. Promoresorts.com is not responsible in any way for any default, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages due to independent third parties, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, rental car vendors, not for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to nature, strikes, or Acts of God.
15. By making a reservation for this Promotional Vacation Package, you are agreeing to this policy.

1. Cancellations made within 30 days of the date of purchase or before 30 days of travel, will receive a full refund, and must be in writing (email accepted) to PromoResorts.com a MyPromoTickets.com company, a division of Ticket Mania International.
2. Cancellation made after 30 days if the date of purchase, and not less then 14 days befroe travel, may cancel and receive a refund of all moines paid less $50.
3. You may reschedule your promotional vacation package 14 days prior to your check-in date, for a fee of $25 (may reschedule once).
4. Failure to reschedule their reservations at least two weeks prior to the arrive date will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package and all monies paid.
