Q. What do I need to pay now?
There is no charge to you when we take your reservations for the Promotional Vacation Package, but we do collect payment information.
Q. How long does it take get my confirmation.
We will usually get our confirmations within 3 business days from the resort. At that time we will charge your card $50.00(non-refundable). The balance of your Vacation Package will be processed 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Q. What if I need to reschedule my Promotional Vacation Package?
You will need to contact us at least two weeks before your Promotional Vacation Package arrival date, and let us know the alternate date you would like to use the Promotional Vacation Package. Dates and Prices are subject to availability. There is an additional $25.00 rescheduling fee.
Q. What is the Refund Policy? (complete refund policy)
These Promotional Vacation Packages are refundable if cancelled more then two week prior to arrival date. There is charge of $50.00 for canceling your reservation for the Promotional Vacation Package. Failure to give two week notice, will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package, and all monies paid.
Q. Will we be staying at the resort that we are touring?
We prefer to always book you at the Silver Lake Resort, based on availably, If due to availability we can not get you a stay at the resort, you will be booked at one of there preferred hotels.
Q. What are the preferred hotels?
Comfort Suites Maingate, Clarion Hotel Maingate, Holiday Inn Express, Ramada Celebration, Orlando Courtyard Suites and Tuscana Resort. Preferred hotels are subject to change.
Q. Can we get extra nights added to our Promotional Vacation Package?
Yes, there is a maximum of 7 nights total stay available, extra night prices vary depending on vacation dates. All 5, 6 and 7 night Promotional Vacation Packages must Check in or depart on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Q. Does my Spouse or Partner have to attend the presentation with me?
Yes. Both spouses (or both members of the cohabitating couple) must attend and complete the resort presentation together.
Q. Why do we have to qualify for the resort to tour?
Anyone can tour and purchase any of the Resort Vacation Ownership plans. However to receive the Promotional Vacation Package. you must meet or exceed the qualifications.
Q. How much time do we have to spend at the resort?
To qualify for this Promotional Vacation Package there is a 90 minute tour sales presentation of the Resort required. Both spouses (or both members of the cohabitating couple) must attend and complete the resort presentation together.
Q. What time and date do we tour the resort?
The tours will usually be the next day after you check in, in the morning. Tours are not available the day you check in, or checkout. If you are doing a late check in they can be scheduled for another day.
Your tour will be arrange when you check in at the Silver Lake Resort welcome center.
